Dr. Eduard Gutgarts
 has been practicing dentistry in Southern California for more than 25 years. He earned his doctoral degree in dental medicine (D.D.S.) from Hebrew University, after which he returned to California to obtain his California dental license..

Dr. Eduard Gutgarts opened his dental office with the intent of providing his patients a relaxing, comfortable environment with the most effective and up-to-date technology available. His ongoing objective is to provide excellent care for his patients. He continues to update his skills and knowledge by attending numerous continuing education classes.

 He is a member  of several prestigious professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the San Fernando Valley Dental Society. He is also a very active member of the Alpha Omega international dental fraternity.
